Max and the Kids

Ever heard of the Max's Kansas City Project? Named in honor of Max's Kansas City founder Mickey Ruskin, the non-profit organization has been working with the arts and youth communities since its inception in 1996. This December, to commemorate the 30th anniversary of punk rock, the Max's Kansas City Project will host a charitable auction with Gibson/Baldwin and the Indie Program for "A PUNK ROCK EXHIBITION." All proceeds will benefit the project's Emergency Relief and Resource Fund for artists in crisis, and Damage Control, the group's teen empowerment program. Surprise guests TBA.
